Age Limit: Age Limit & Relaxation for BIS Recruitment 2024: Consultant 14 Positions
The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) is currently recruiting for 14 Consultant positions across various branch offices. The application process began on July 12, 2024, and the last date to apply is August 12, 2024. Candidates with an MBA in Marketing or a related field are eligible to apply. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of ₹50,000 and will be engaged for an initial period of six months.
The upper age limit for the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) recruitment is 30 years as on the closing date of application. Age relaxations are applicable for specific categories of candidates.
- Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates: 5 years relaxation
- Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates: 3 years relaxation
- Persons with Disabilities (PwD) candidates: 10 years relaxation
- Ex-servicemen candidates: Length of service in armed forces + 3 years
- Government employees: 5 years relaxation
