The Bihar State Power (Holding) Company Limited (BSPHCL) has announced the recruitment of 300+440 Junior Accounts Clerk posts. Eligible candidates can apply online from June 20 to July 19, 2024. The application fee is ₹1500 for general candidates and ₹375 for SC, ST, PWD, and female candidates.
The BSPHCL Junior Accounts Clerk exam will have a total of 100 questions carrying 100 marks. The syllabus covers a range of topics, including General Knowledge, General English, Reasoning, Commerce, General Hindi, and Computer Knowledge. The General Knowledge section will have 10 questions on current affairs, history, geography, polity, and science and technology. The General English section will assess candidates' grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension skills. The Reasoning section will test logical, analytical, and quantitative aptitude. The Commerce section, carrying the highest weightage of 50 questions, will focus on accounting principles, financial statements, taxation, auditing, banking, and finance. The General Hindi section will evaluate Hindi grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension. Finally, the Computer Knowledge section will assess basic computer operations, MS Office applications, and internet and networking concepts. Candidates must thoroughly prepare all the topics mentioned in the detailed syllabus to excel in the BSPHCL Junior Accounts Clerk exam.
