Age Limit: Haryana Police Constable Recruitment 2024 Age Limit & Selection & Socio-Economic Criteria
Attention all Group-C qualified candidates! The Haryana Police Department is conducting direct recruitment for 66 posts of Male Constable (Mounted Armed Police). Applications are invited through the Common Eligibility Test (CET).
Age: Candidates must be 18-25 years old as of April 1, 2024, with a three-year relaxation for all categories. Ex-servicemen should have a break in service of no more than four years. SC, BC, and EWS categories have a five-year age relaxation.
Selection: Candidates undergo Physical Measurement and Screening Tests, followed by a Knowledge Test and Riding Skills Test. Additional marks are awarded for participation in championships, NCC certificates, and socio-economic factors.
Socio-Economic Criteria: Eligible candidates may receive up to 2.5% weightage based on family income, government service, and specific family situations. Experience in government service can also contribute to weightage.
