The Department of Posts (DoP) has announced the Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS) recruitment notification for 2024, featuring more than 44,228 vacancies across different states in India. Applicants can apply via the IndiaPost GDS Online portal, meeting eligibility criteria of age (18-40) and a minimum Class 10th qualification.
- Open the Official Website: Visit the official website of the Indian Post Office Department at https://www.indiapost.gov.in/.
- Click on Recruitment: Click on the "Recruitment" option on the desk board of the post office department website.
- Select the Post: Please select the position you wish to apply for, such as Branch Postmaster, Assistant Branch Postmaster, or Dak Sevak.
- Fill the Application Form: Fill the application form with the required details, including your name, address, education, and other relevant information.
- Upload Documents: Upload the required documents, such as your marksheet and certificates.
- Pay the Application Fee: Pay the application fee of ₹100 for General/OBC male candidates. Female candidates, SC/ST candidates, PwD candidates, and Transwomen candidates are exempt from paying the fee.
- Submit the Form: Submit the application form after ensuring all details are correct.
