• Online Application: Candidates must apply online on the official website joinindiancoastguard.cdac.in from June 13 to July 3, 2024. They need to fill in the application form, upload documents, and pay the application fee.
• Written Exam: Eligible candidates will appear for a written exam on October 13, 2024. The exam will test their knowledge in subjects like English, Physics, Mathematics, and General Awareness.
• Physical Fitness Test (PFT): Candidates who clear the written exam will undergo a Physical Fitness Test which includes a 1.6 km run, 10 push-ups, and 10 sit-ups.
• Document Verification: All original documents will be verified to confirm the candidate's eligibility.
• Interview: Shortlisted candidates will face an interview round.
• Medical Examination: Candidates will undergo a thorough medical examination to check their physical and mental fitness as per ICG standards.
• Merit List: A final merit list will be prepared based on the candidate's performance in all stages. Selected candidates will be enrolled as Navik (GD) or Yantrik in the Indian Coast Guard.
