Selection: PGCIL Engineer Trainee 435 Post Selection Process 2024

The Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) has released a recruitment notification for 435 Engineer Trainee posts.   • Personal Interview (PI): Candidates who clear the group discussion will be called for a personal interview to evaluate their technical knowledge and suitability for the role. The personal interview will have a weightage of 12% in the final selection.
  • Psychometric Assessment: Candidates who qualify the GD and interview rounds will undergo a psychometric assessment to evaluate their personality traits and cognitive abilities.
