Selection: PGCIL Trainee Engineer 2024 Selection Procedure
The PGCIL is inviting applications under the PESL Trainee Engineer Recruitment 2024 for 47 Trainee Engineer (Electrical) posts, which will be on a pertinent degree and valid score in GATE 2024. The applications for all the posts mentioned here will be invited from October 16 to November 6, 2024, and the candidates selected would be paid appropriate trainee wages.
- Candidates must qualify and secure a valid score in GATE 2024.
- Selection based on normalized marks (out of 100) in GATE 2024.
- Shortlisting for Behavioral Assessment, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview.
- GD and Interview can be conducted in Hindi or English.
- Documents must be brought as mentioned in the interview call letter.
- Must qualify in Personal Interview for empanelment consideration.
- Qualifying percentages: UR/EWS - 40%, Reserved - 30% (as per reservation).
- Weightage: GATE Marks - 85%, GD - 3%, Interview - 12%.
- Only GATE 2024 score is valid; prior scores are not accepted.
