The age limit for the RBI Assistant post is between 20 to 28 years as on September 1, 2023. The RBI provides age relaxation to candidates belonging to certain reserved categories, such as 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and 10 years for PwD. Ex-Servicemen and candidates with RBI work experience can also avail additional age relaxation. Candidates must submit the relevant certificates to claim the applicable age relaxation, which is cumulative up to a maximum of 50 years.
