Selection: Recruitment Process for JK Police Constable Recruitment 2024
The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has announced the recruitment of 4,022 Police Constable positions across various categories, including Armed/IRP, SDRF, Telecommunication, Photographer, and Executive Police. Eligible candidates can apply online from July 30 to August 29, 2024, through the official website of JKSSB at jkssb.nic.in.

- Duration: 2 hours
- Subjects: Basic English, Mathematics, Logical Reasoning, General Awareness
- Number of Questions: 100
- Total Marks: 100
- Physical Standards Test (PST)
- Height: 5 feet 6 inches for males and 5 feet 2 inches for females
- Chest: 33 inches for males
- Weight: As per the standard weight for the height
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- For males: 1600 meters run in 6 minutes and 30 seconds, and long jump of 12 feet
- For females: 800 meters run in 4 minutes and 30 seconds, and long jump of 9 feet
