To be eligible for the RRB Technician post, candidates must have specific educational qualifications. For Technician Grade I, a Bachelor's Degree in Science in fields such as Physics, Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Instrumentation is required. Alternatively, candidates can qualify with a B.Sc. in a combination of these subjects or possess a Diploma in Engineering or a Degree in Engineering in relevant streams.
