Selection: SBI Head Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

State Bank of India invites Online application from Indian citizens for appointment to the following Specialist Cadre Officers Posts on Contractual Basis. ADVERTISEMENT NO: CRPD/SCO/2023-24/34. Candidates are requested to apply Online from 20th March 2024 to 9th April 2024.

  • Shortlisting: Candidates meeting the minimum qualifications and experience criteria will be shortlisted by the Bank's committee based on predetermined parameters.
  • Interaction: Shortlisted candidates will undergo an interaction process carrying 100 marks. Qualifying marks will be decided by the Bank.
  • Merit List: A merit list will be prepared based on interview scores. In case of tied scores, candidates will be ranked by age in descending order.
  • CTC Negotiation: Negotiations will be conducted individually with candidates based on their position in the merit list.
