Selection: Selection Process for IOCL Recruitment 2024
Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has released a notification for the recruitment of 467 non-executive posts in 2024. The online application process will be open from July 22 to August 21, 2024.
- Computer Based Test (CBT)
- The CBT exam will have 100 objective-type questions carrying 1 mark each
- Total time allotted for the CBT exam is 120 minutes
- The exam pattern is:
- Subject Knowledge: 75 marks
- Numerical Ability: 15 marks
- General Awareness: 10 marks
- Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test (SPPT)
- Candidates who score above the required cutoff in the CBT exam will be shortlisted for the SPPT
- The SPPT is qualifying in nature and will evaluate the candidates' practical skills, job-specific proficiency, and physical fitness
- Document Verification
- Shortlisted candidates will have to submit the required documents for verification
- Medical Examination
- Finally, candidates will have to undergo a medical examination to assess their physical and mental fitness for the posts
