Selection: Selection Process for SBI SO Recruitment 2024:
The State Bank of India (SBI) has officially released the notification for the SBI SO Recruitment 2024, offering a total of 1040 positions for various Specialist Cadre Officer roles. The notification was released on July 18, 2024, and the online application process commenced on the same day.
- Shortlisting:
- Minimum qualifications do not guarantee an interview invitation.
- A committee will decide shortlisting parameters and the number of candidates.
- The Bank's decision on interview invitations is final; no correspondence will be entertained.
- Interview-cum-CTC Negotiation:
- The interview will carry 100 marks; qualifying marks will be determined by the Bank.
- CTC negotiations will occur one-on-one during the interview.
- Merit List:
- The merit list will be based solely on interview scores.
- In case of a tie, candidates will be ranked by age, with older candidates preferred.
