Scheme of Examination:

• Paper-I:
  • Sections: General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Knowledge and General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, English Comprehension
  • 200 total questions, 200 maximum marks, 2-hour duration
• Paper-II:
  • English language & Comprehension
  • 200 questions, 200 marks, 2-hour duration
• Objective multiple-choice questions in both papers with negative marking.
• Marks are normalized.
• Tentative answer keys provided for review.
• Bonus marks for NCC certificate holders.
• Examination dates are tentative.
• No provision for re-evaluation.
• English version prevails in case of discrepancies.
• Indicative syllabus provided.

Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Endurance Test (PET):

• PST includes height and chest measurements.
• PET includes races, long jump, high jump, and shot put.
• Ex-servicemen are exempt from PET.
• Female candidates to declare pregnancy status before PST/PET.

Medical Standard:

• Candidates undergo medical examination.
• Vision, physical health, and mental health are assessed.
• Obstacle events must be passed during training.

Tattoo Policy:

• Permitted tattoos include religious symbols and names.
• Location restricted to specific areas like the left forearm or dorsum of the hands.
• Size must be less than ¼ of the particular body part.
