Education Qualification: Education Qualification for UPSC Civil Services Examination 2024

The exam consists of three stages: Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, and Personality Test. The educational qualification required for the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2024 is a bachelor's degree from a recognized university. Candidates who have completed their graduation or are in the final year of their bachelor's degree course are eligible to apply for the exam. The bachelor's degree can be in any discipline, including professional or technical degrees like BE or MBBS recognized by the government. Candidates who clear the UPSC Prelims and are planning to appear for the Mains exam must produce proof of their graduation by attaching their bachelor's passing certificate to their application for the Mains exam.
