1. Visit the commission's website (https://uppsc.up.nic.in) and access the "ALL NOTIFICATIONS/ADVERTISEMENTS" section.
2. Under "ONLINE ADVERTISEMENTS," you'll find three parts: User Instructions, View Advertisement, and Apply.
3. Read the User Instructions thoroughly. Click on "View Advertisement" to see the full advertisement and sample snapshots of the online application process.
4. The online application process involves four stages:
   • First Stage: Authenticate with O.T.R. If you have completed O.T.R. Registration, enter your O.T.R. Number. If not, obtain it from the O.T.R. Web-portal and proceed accordingly.
   • Second Stage: Submit Details under 'Application Part-2' and confirm preferential qualifications.
   • Third Stage: Confirm fee payment through various modes provided (NET BANKING, CARD PAYMENTS, OTHER PAYMENT MODES).
   • Fourth Stage: Review and print the completed application form. Keep a printed copy for future reference.
5. Any modifications to the application can be made once before the deadline.
6. Failure to complete the online application process may result in the rejection of the candidate's candidature.
